Daily Paper
1 / 5

Unifying global communities has been a foundation of Daily Paper's creative operations since its inception. As the product of a family of friends connected by their shared Dutch and African roots, it's always strived to bridge continents, building a global community through style and culture.

Now, its community grows further, intertwining worlds with Souvenir Official to spotlight the cross-continental characters that build their Berlin-based fanbase.

The coming together of Souvenier Official and Daily Paper is a collaborative drive that feels natural in concept.

Both situated on the European continent with an outlook that puts the connectivity of people at the center of their creative outputs; their decision to connect makes perfect sense.

Most will be familiar with Sovuvenir Official through its EUnify hoodie, which made a splash when it launched in 2017 during the uncertainty of Brexit. The hoodie, which featured a broken European Union flag design served as a call to action, a call to unify people across the continent and beyond; to show strength in a global community that began to feel broken.

Maintaining this unified front, the two recontextualize the EUnify design as a means of paying homage to different diaspora communities across borders.

A representation of the deep roots at Daily Paper's core, the limited-edition hoodie bares an abstract embroidered design depicting several African flags, calling to the power of unification and the celebration of shared heritage.

The Daily Paper x Souvenir Official capsule is due to launch on April 6 via an exclusive pop-up event in Souvenir's Berlin flagship store.
