It seems like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are looking to slim down their ever-growing real estate portfolio. The couple are selling a brutalist condo in Calabasas and, according to the agent listing, it's on the market for a cool $3.5 million.

The space was designed by Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen, a man renowned for marrying spatial, timeless design with a focus on durability, functionality, integrity, and comfort. That aesthetic approach can be seen throughout Kim and Kanye's three-bed condo, with warm details such as oak flooring and bespoke neutral furniture juxtaposed against concrete and stripped-back finishes.

The property is one-of-a-kind and custom-designed to a finish described as "monastery style." The three bedrooms all have ensuite baths, there's covered decking outside, and high-end built-in kitchen appliances. The master bedroom ensuite features a luxury bath with Jee-o soho bath tub, Toto Toilets, MGS faucets and fixtures, and custom designer vanities. All of this is spread across 2,260 square feet of space.

However, it does not appear to have a free-standing bathroom sink unit, for anyone looking to cop the property in order to recreate Kim's viral Vogue interview. It might make you their neighbor though.

According to Cosmopolitan, the condo is only three miles away from the couple's Hidden Hills pad. The reason for buying an apartment a hot second away from sprawling acres of land they also own has not been explained, but it's probably safe to assume its mostly because they're unfathomably fucking rich.

Take a look inside the condo here.
