It's Jaeden Martell stars in A24's new dramatic thriller, Low Tide, about a teenager and his younger brother who find a bag of gold coins in a dead man's home.

The movie centers around Alan, Red, and Smitty, three boys who spend their summer getting into trouble on the Jersey Shore. Their seemingly mundane holiday break takes an exciting turn, however, when the gang stumbles upon good old fashioned treasure on a nearby island. While the boys try to keep their discovery a secret, one of their friends — who just so happens to possess an uncontrollable violent streak — becomes suspicious as he will stop at nothing to get the gold.

Keean Johnson, Kristine Froseth, Alex Neustaedter, Daniel Zolghadri, Shea Whigham, and James Paxton feature alongside Jaeden Martell in Low Tide, which is written and directed by Kevin McMullin. The film is set to release October 4.
