What started as a photography project for Moncler art director Francesco Ragazzi, has turned over the past two years into a full blown lifestyle brand. After having released a photography book and select collaborative items at first, the debut collection of his brand Palm Angels has officially released this week exclusively at Canadian retailer SSENSE. The unisex Fall 2015 collection combines '70s preppy chic with skate culture, a combination that one has rarely if ever seen before. Craftsmanship that one usually only finds in the high fashion world meets hoodies, backpacks, T-shirts and more. Photographs by Ragazzi are used as prints on T-shirts, marijuana leafs are featured on backpacks, caps and leather jackets, yet in the form of complicated and detailed embroideries. Heavy gold accents are used through out the entire collection, ranging from prints and embroideries to large size zippers. You can shop the Palm Angels Fall 2015 collection now from SSENSE.
For the launch of the collection, Palm Angels and SSENSE present a short film entitled "A Praise to Eternity." Watch it here below.
