After unveiling a limited edition Wraith Luminary collection, Rolls-Royce now introduces a special edition Adamas Collection, based on the Black Badge editions of the Wraith and Dawn, reports duPont Registry.

With the vehicles essentially flaunting a darker theme, Rolls-Royce's press release revealed that the word "Adamas" in Latin means an imaginary stone of incredible hardness. Something untameable and with the physical traits of a diamond.

Taking the black treatment to a whole new level, the Adamas Collection is distinguishable by a two-tone exterior finish, either in black-red (Aphrodite Red) or a black-blue (Morpheus Blue) color combinations. The collection is also defined by black grille vanes to the already darkened grille surround of the Black Badge series and, for the first time in Rolls-Royce's history, a Spirit of Ecstasy hood emblem machined from 294 layers of aerospace-grade carbon fiber is implemented.

For its interior, customers can choose either a Mandarin Orange and a Cobalt Blue color scheme, while eighty-eight laboratory-grown diamonds form a Black Badge infinity symbol in the dashboard clock frame. Other key details include the face of the clock decorated with machined aluminum chaplets and a polished aluminum inner bezel, and also, similar to the Wraith Luminary Collection, the headliner of the Wraith Adamas incorporates 1,340 individual optic lights.

The Adamas Collection is extremely limited to 40 Black Badge Wraith coupes and 30 Black Badge Dawn convertibles. For more info, head on over to Rolls Royce's official website.
