Tokyo-born artist/designer Shin Murayama is best known for his handcrafted masks, specifically one made for Michael Kopelman, featuring the Stüssy logo. Following collaborations with various fashion labels, Murayama and his New York-based Twoness brand have been tapped by Stüssy to release a special capsule collection.
The collab combines Murayama's use of vintage garments with Stüssy archive items and some of the brand’s most storied graphics, coming together on a number of one-of-a-kind pieces. Highlighted by numerous handmade jackets, you can get a feel for Stüssy and Twoness' “International Sewing Tribe” assortment via the galleries above and below. The collection is due to arrive at Dover Street Market in Los Angeles and New York, and stussy.com on November 30.
