As April was all about zombie games with the releases of Days Gone and World War Z, the month of May continues the hot streak of strong walking dead titles with the launch of Resident Evil remake, Resident Evil Zero, Resident Evil 4 for the Nintendo Switch.
Outside of shooting the dead, this month brings gamers the highly anticipated sequel to Bethesda's 2011 FPS shooter Rage, with Rage 2, an upcoming first-person shooter developed by Avalanche Studios and id Software. What feels like Doom and Borderlands had a baby, Rage 2 is a beautiful marriage of fun, over-the-top gunplay, a creatively robust combat system, and a mad max post-apocalyptic open world to explore.
As Walker, the last Ranger of the wasteland prepare to take on the most ruthless and bloodthirsty enemies as you seek revenge. Check out the official launch trailer below and prepare to rage on May 14, the games launch day.
Other notable titles releasing this month include Mortal Kombat 11 for the Switch, Trover Saves The Universe, which feels like a like a playable episode of Rick and Morty, and Life Is Strange 2 - Episode 3: "Wastelands". What games are you hyped to play?
