Ahead of the 2018 European Athletics Championships, Nike releases a new visual profiling rising 100-meter specialist Reece Prescod. Directed by Ian Derry, the short details Prescod's preparation for the contest, showcasing the Nike athlete sprinting in iconic locations throughout Berlin.

“My vision was to try and articulate what it takes to become faster; the tiny margins of potentially training a whole lifetime to gain just a few centimeters,” says Derry. “Capturing a visual portrait of their physicality to bring to life their voice and story was a real privilege."

Prescod, who already holds the British 100m title, and is looking to break 10 seconds in this month's race, will lace up at the 2018 European Athletics Championships on August 6.

In related news, Nike is releasing a special edition Zoom Pegasus Turbo to celebrate Berlin running culture.
