Supreme keeps up the pace for the Fall/Winter 2014 season with a collaboration with iconic punk artist Raymond Pettibon. The man behind the legendary Black Flag “Four Bars” logo, as well as original artwork for Sonic Youth and Foo Fighters, Pettibon’s work typically visualizes a gritty, rebellious slant on American youth culture, as can be seen from his recurring themes of violence and anti-authoritarianism. Supreme have adorned their usual lineup of tees, sweats and skate decks, alongside a hooded worker’s jacket, with Pettibon’s striking artwork, for a collaboration which makes perfect sense on paper given the rebellious, punk streak that has continually run through the brand’s collections. The collection is set to drop this Thursday, September 18 at Supreme’s retail and webstore locations, and in Japan from September 20.
