After creator Samuel Ross teased the latest A-COLD-WALL collection in last month’s Vogue France, the young British label has now finally unveiled its brutalist and unconfined “SUMMARY” assortment in full.

Each piece is typical of Ross’s unorthodox tailoring style, as he plays around with light layers, bunching and oversized silhouettes. The collection also contrasts technical with traditional, as deconstructed polythene overcoats sit alongside individually-stitched, true-to-size cotton pullovers.

The stand-out piece is a mustard-colored modern take on the British utility coat. Out goes the classic tapered fit, in comes a bottomed-out silhouette and elongated panelings. A detachable belt and big A-C-W branding emblazoned across the back provide the finishing touches.

The A-COLD-WALL “SUMMARY” collection is available now over at the label’s online store.

Here’s how we styled Haider Ackermann’s SS16 collection.
