BEAMS

Coming off coveted collaborations with fashion giants like  Jil Sander, Rick Owens, Valentino, and more, German footwear label Birkenstock has once again teamed up with Japanese imprint BEAMS for a new take on the Boston silhouette.

Available now for pre-order, the minimalist silhouette is crafted from a black suede material with a microfiber synthetic leather insole, all dyed in the same black hue to create a monochrome look. Birkenstock and BEAMS have previously worked together on the Arizona and Zurich silhouettes, dressing them in grey and tan materials and adding a touch of its signature design cues.

If there's one brand you need in your shoe rotation, it is Birkenstock. The footwear label has been everywhere for the past few years, going from an ergonomic footwear label with orthopedic benefits, to being one of the most sought-after collaborators in the industry and being worn by fashion's elite.

The BEAMS x Birkenstock Boston is currently available to pre-order online at the BEAMS website, where it retails at  ¥24,200, which is approximately $220. The collaboration is set to be delivered this fall, with early October as its estimated date.
