After becoming the center of a homophobic meme and subsequently leaving Twitter last week, Millie Bobby Brown has delivered an anti-bullying speech.

After winning the Best Performance in a Show award at last night's MTV Movie & TV Awards, Brown called out bullies, telling her fans that "if you don't have anything nice to say, just don't say it.

"There should be no space in this world for bullying, and I'm not going to tolerate it," Brown continued. "And neither should any of you."

Finally, the actor asked fans in crisis to connect with her Instagram, saying "if you need a reminder of how worthy you are, and to rise above the hate, message me on Instagram."

In other TV and movie news, Zayn Malik has been asked to appear in Donald Glover’s ‘Atlanta.’
