Highsnobiety

Highsnobiety’s dedicated #hskicks community is always guaranteed to provide the goods, and it is this knowledge that keeps us seeking out the most creative sneaker shots from across Instagram, week after week. Be it a look at yesterday’s must-cop iteration, last season’s well-loved mainstay, or a pristine grail from years gone by, there’s something for everyone here.

Our #hskicks contributors have a keen eye for capturing a masterful on-foot shot, and this week is no exception. Take the Afew x BEAMS x ASICS GEL-LYTE 3 “Orange Koi”, which gets a perfectly matched backdrop to the orange color-blocking on the toe, heel, and sock liner. After all, kicks are made to be worn, so it's nice to see the Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka Motion ‘Leopard’ out in the wild.

This week, we deliver a side by side from the Travis Scott x Nike Jordan Pack as well as some of the rarer sneakers we've come across on Instagram. It's likely you missed the Vans Old Skool from the MAGICAL MOSH MISFITS® collaboration, which has only received a Japanese release. Another rarity comes from the New Balance x size? archives. The 577PGB was designed by John Brotherhood and its 2006 release was limited to just 60 pairs.

Concluding this week's collection is the "NYC to Paris" Nike SB Air Jordan 1 which pays homage to two cities with legendary skate style.

To get involved yourself, all you have to do is use the #hskicks hashtag on your own Instagram sneaker shots, along with the city you’re in, and of course, the best shot of your chosen pair.

Without further ado, here are 10 of this week’s best Instagram sneaker photos, including a closer look at our feature silhouette, the Nike SB Air Jordan 1 “NYC to Paris.”
