C.P. Company

Back in 2019, Patta and C.P. Company dropped what the latter company describes as "one of the most successful moments of its contemporary story" in a press release for the duo's latest collaboration, which is dropping as part of C.P. Company's ongoing 50th anniversary celebration, a symbol of the unification epitomized by that previous partnership. Having already issued Lucio Dalla goods and a ceramic sailor statue, C.P. Company sought out Patta to ramp up the commemorative drops, mixing together signature elements from both brands into a playful stew.

Of the many pioneering Dutch labels, Edson Sabajo and Guillaume "Gee" Schmidt's Patta has perhaps the most popular take on the tracksuit. An essential staple for anyone racing to the latest Patta Soundsystem event, its signature silhouette takes on a new life by way of C.P. Company's technical know-how, as the duo honor a shared love of music and sport-meets-street style with a special capsule collection.

Spotlighted in a music video-inspired clip, the capsule infuses Patta's preferred garment with C.P. Company's crispy, garment-dyed textiles, transforming the Mille Goggle Jacket into a bucket hat, jacket, pant, and shoulder bag. A dark greyish tint makes for versatile layering pieces, with green accents to highlight cargo pockets bolstered by a single co-branded goggle. Comfort is key here, as double zippers, tall collars, and elastic waists make for fits as easy as any of Patta's trackies.

The four-piece 50th anniversary collaboration launches on Patta's website and C.P. Company's anniversary page from May 21.
