Editor’s Notes: Following recent collaborations with Brain Dead and Nike, among others, Slam Jam debuts its latest joint effort, back alongside Converse. For this particular release, the Italian brand has taken on the classic Chuck 70.
Slam Jam presents two colorways of the Chuck 70, each boasting a Frankenstein-type design. One pair features a color-blocked white and beige look, while the other blends black and navy. The sneakers are done up in their usual canvas, as the contrasting shades come together via exposed stitching. The Chuck 70’s signature branding is then noted on the medial side and on the heel.
Slam Jam will be releasing its “Reconstructed” Chuck 70s first on April 13 at the Converse Studio 70 pop-up store in Milan. Following, the sneakers will be available in-store and online on April 15.
