Editor’s Notes: Last month, Japanese designer Kazuki Kuraishi teased his upcoming collaboration with The North Face via the brand's elevated, streetwear-friendly Black Series. Now, after much anticipation, the collaborative collection is finally available for purchase.

For the uninitiated, Kuraishi is a designer with an extensive résumé, boasting collaborations with the likes of adidas Originals, BAPE, and NEIGHBORHOOD. His latest collaboration with The North Face Black Series includes a range of military-inspired and technically-oriented essentials such as jackets, cozy hoodies, and pants.

The inspiration behind the project is best spotted on the green hooded jacket, which features buckles and pouches, as well as the quilted jacket and pants. What's more, the collection also heavily features the use of GORE-TEX — the most waterproof fabric known to man — as seen on the winter-essential SR GTX GORE-TEX jacket available in both blue and army green.

While the collection can now be copped at online retailers Slam Jam Socialism and HAVEN, we recommend acting fast as pieces are selling out fast.
