We asked Guillermo a few questions to get to know him better. Keep up with the discussion through #HSstreetstyle.

Tell us a bit about yourself. What do you do?

I own and direct FourTwoFour on Fairfax, and design its in-house label 424.

Describe your style. Where do you get your inspiration from?

Honestly, my style references are mostly from my childhood.

Who is your all time number 1 style icon?

Che Guevara.

What’s your one item of clothing you’d never give up?

A black overcoat.

What’s one piece that you wish you’d bought when you had the chance?

Still missing this Sterling Ruby x Raf Simons coat I really want, and some first season Craig Green.

Where’s your favorite place to go shopping?

I really enjoy going to flagship stores in brands’ home cities. It’s always nice to experience the full story that the brand is trying to get across.

What’s your number one style rule?

There’s no rules to true style.
