J.W.Anderson has unveiled his collaboration with Converse during his SS18 show at Pitti Uomo. Models showed off the kicks on the runway, which included multiple colorways of both the classic All-Star shape and the Thunderbolt Ultra.
The All Star got decked out in a bright green/blue mix, an all-beige style and a branded black and white version. The Thunderbolt Ultra low top, meanwhile, was slightly more subtle with a two-toned navy colorway and a beige style.
Speaking about the collaboration, Jonathan Anderson said: “From my very first pair, Converse have represented such a radical movement in style and culture. The contrasts and similarities between the world of Converse and the world of J.W.Anderson creates a space of culture tension that’s a dream to play within as a designer.”
