Editor’s Notes: This pride month, adidas and British DJ Fat Tony have called upon members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community to redesign the Samba shoe in aid of the Albert Kennedy Trust in the UK.

The voluntary organization, founded in 1989, serves LGBTQ+ youth dealing with homelessness and hostile living environments.  In honor of the trust's work, adidas has recruited a number of notable names to put their one-of-a-kind shoes up for a silent auction on eBay.

Designs from Blondey McCoy, the Chapman Brothers, Edward Enninful, Elton John, Paloma Faith, Rita Ora and Skunk Anansie's Skin can be seen in the gallery above. Each contributor has put their own stamp on shoe adding marker designs, extended soles, feathers and even a Birkenstock sandal.

Others "Prouder" designers include Pharrell Williams, Kate Moss, Liam Payne, Marc Jacobs, Naomi Campbell, Nick Grimshaw, Nick Knight, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, David Beckham, Philip Treacy, Boy George, Charlotte Tilbury, David Furnish, Henry Holland, Goldie and Sam McKnight.

The 'Prouder' pack will be unveiled on July 3. The following day, each customized design will go on open display at a public exhibition at London's HENI Gallery in Soho until July 10. Viewers can attend for free and then put in their bid for the shoes online.

Celebrations will be rounded off on London's main pride day (July 7) where adidas will celebrate with its very first float, backed by a live samba band and followed by an invite-only after party at The Grouch Club in Soho.
