It's been a great week for Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino. Over the weekend, he shook up the rap world after dropping the heavy rap cameo-filled animated music video for "It Feels Like Summer." Sixty-two cameos to be exact. Then, he surprise dropped two new songs yesterday. Earlier today, adidas Originals took to Twitter to announce that Glover is the brand's newest ambassador.

Accompanied with the huge news, is a short but sweet video that serves as a continuation from the "It Feels Like Summer" music video.

Featuring Gambino's cartoon character, the clip picks up right where the music video ends, with the artist walking into his house. He proceeds to kick off his shoes, then benches them for a fresh pair of adidas sneakers symbolizing their new partnership. Watch the announcement video above, which is directed by Glover, and let us know what you think of him becoming an adidas brand ambassador.

In other music news, Kanye West apologizes to Drake in a series of tweets.
