We knew it wouldn't be long before Drake resumed a musical partnership with British singer, Jorja Smith. Following their "Get It Together" collaboration on More Life, the two appear to have recorded a follow-up with the newly surfaced track, "I Could Never."

The song, which began making rounds online Sunday evening, sees the rapper return to his earlier years. Forgoing his 6ix God bravado for a softer, Take Care-style Drake, he raps, "You've told me things/Harsh truth to my face like/Been told to walk away (just know)/I could never." Adding, "Things that I would choose to do with you if I had time though/Thousand times I fucked you in my mind."

Elsewhere, Smith assists with her signature croon, "Sometimes I ask how you could ever want me/How could you choose that you would ever love me/Yours were the truest eyes I'd ever seen/To be in a stare right back at me."

Details around its release are few and far between but this track has certainly piqued our interest. Listen below.
