Last week, Kim Kardashian tweeted a passage from a 2008 book that seemingly predicted the coronavirus outbreak. Now, the book's sales have increased to the point where it may need to go into reprint, Independent reports.

Written by psychic Sylvia Browne, End of Days warned about a new deadly disease in 2020. "A severe pneumonia-like illness will spread throughout the globe, attacking the lungs and bronchial tubes and resisting all known treatments."

The above prophecy resonated with many, including the Kardashian family. After Kourtney Kardashian sent it to the family group chat, Kim then shared it with her 64 million Twitter followers, amassing over 240,000 likes and 48,000 retweets.

Though the book has been out for 12 years, it has now entered Amazon's Top 20 Most Sold and Most Read Books chart, sitting at No. 2. Browne, who passed away in 2013, was a controversial psychic, and many of her predictions were proven wrong. In 2004, Browne told the mother of kidnapped child Amanda Berry that she had been killed, though she later was found alive in 2013.
