For those unaware, Drake's most recent single, "Nice For What," samples Lauryn Hill's The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill classic, "Ex-Factor." Following the nod, the 42-year-old musician took the opportunity to acknowledge Drizzy's homage during a concert last night in New York.

After showing up late to her scheduled performance at the Apollo Theatre, Hill went into the famed "Ex-Factor," only to transition into Drake's "Nice For What" halfway through. From there, Lauryn decided to remix the tune, kicking it off by saying, "See this is ‘Ex-Factor.’ He took the sample. My shit is classic. Here’s an example.”
