Editor's Notes: It feels like only yesterday that Nike unveiled Jordan Brand's Holiday 2021 collection. As quickly as the lineup was revealed, releases started flooding in, and just like that the year was tied up.

As the year comes to a close – yes, we're already spiraling into the third year of the decade – Nike's looking forward; forward to the Spring 2022 retro collection.

Much like the Holiday collection, Spring 2022 focuses on the full range of Jordan Brand icons, with few silhouettes left on the cutting room floor.

What makes this arrangement particularly special is the focus on the most iconic silhouettes from Michael Jordan's career, including the Air Jordan 1, 3, 4, and 5 – 2s have, unfortunately, been left out this time around, so you'll need to rely on Union for your fix.

The keyword here is retro, as the line has been built from the ground up to honor key moments from within MJ's career, creating a selection of sneakers that are packed full of Easter eggs.

Beginning with 1s, the OG "Royal" has been flipped, swapping the black and blue portions around to create something original, which has been dubbed "Dark Marina Blue." An additional colorway, decked out in yellow, pink, and white, also appears.

For the 3s, "Muslin" and "Cardinal Red" colorways lead the pack, with the latter maintaining the simplistic blocking that made the silhouette such a popular one – complete with elephant print.

The most exciting looks of the collection arrive courtesy of the AJ4, which receives a "Canvas" build with a coloring akin to the Off-White iteration, while the "Amythest Wave" and "Infrared" take the sneaker in a new direction, unlike any we've seen before.

Fans of the previously rumored "University Blue" AJ6 will be pleased to know the silhouette will be officially released as a part of the Spring 2022 lineup, alongside the super clean "Mint Foam" colorway.

Though these are the biggest highlights of the collection, there is plenty more on offer. Take a look at the best bits of Jordan Brand's Spring 2022 collection up to, and head over to Nike to get eyes on the full lineup.
