After receiving a teaser just days ago, we now have more information surrounding Ronnie Fieg's forthcoming ASICS "Legends Day" celebration. In commemoration of 10 years of working with the ASICS brand, Fieg is releasing a selection of some of the rarest models to date. The capsule in turn consists of six sneakers, split into two primary palettes inspired by some of the designer's most renowned work, "Salmon Toe" and "Militia." Each theme is then carried out on three silhouettes, the Made in Japan Gel-Lyte III, the Gel-Lyte III.I and the Gel Mai.

First up from the "Legends Day" crop are both colorways of the Gel-Lyte III.I and the Gel Mai. The Gel-Lyte III.I is the culmination of Fieg's hard work and dedication since 2009. The silhouette is a combination of the classic Gel-Lyte III upper, with a progressive Gel-Nimbus sole unit. The sneaker in turn boasts premium pigskin suede construction and features asymmetrical formstripes and colored visible Gel technology on the midsole. Optioned in Salmon and Chocolate, additional details include custom-printed Ronnie Fieg insoles, KITH 5-Year logos on the heel wrap and three additional lace options. And to make the drop even more special, these will be the last two Gel-Lyte III.Is to ever release.

In addition, RF is revitalizing the Gel Mai, which was originally debuted in the late '90s. Offered in all-white leather with a salmon outsole and orange pigskin suede with a speckled sand midsole and gum outsole, both iterations welcome custom-printed insoles and four additional lace options. The kicks also boast a one-piece bootie upper and asymmetrical lacing.

The Gel-Lyte III.I and the Gel Mai deliveries, which are the first to arrive for "Legends Day," come in custom packaging that houses the sneaker in laser-cut foam beds contained in a flap closure display box. The box in turn holds each shoe's additional laces, an exclusive set of pins, a pair of KITH x Stance Crew Socks, and either a carabiner or a fish-shaped stress ball (depending on a specific colorway). Lastly, the boxes showcase external branding that depicts the silhouette of the sneaker inside, as well as Ronnie Fieg, ASICS and KITH logos.

On top of the aforementioned sneakers and coinciding accessories, KITH also presents a special golden ticket program. Enclosed in randomly assorted pairs of the Gel-Lyte III.I and Gel Mai are golden tickets that will guarantee the recipients the opportunity to purchase the upcoming Made in Japan Gel-Lyte III Salmon Toe 2.0 or Militia. Each of these limited sneakers will also have a public release, but the golden ticket holders will be immediately instructed on how to purchase their pair ahead of time.

Ronnie Fieg's first "Legends Day" delivery, featuring the Gel-Lyte III.I ($200 USD) and the Gel Mai ($180 USD), is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, November 22 at all KITH shops and online at 11 a.m. EST.
