Earlier this week, Travis Scott took a break during his set at Jay Z’s ‘Made in America’ festival (where he was literally performing up a tree) to make a very special announcement. He revealed that anyone who purchased a carbon copy of his new album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight would get to pick out any piece of his new merch line of their choosing for free. That could be exciting enough as it is, but the real meat of the matter is his merch line itself, which is objectively one of the most bizarre collections of album-themed paraphernalia in recent memory.

The full range of Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight merchandise comes in at a monstrous 60 pieces. Like any solid merch line, this is grounded by a huge swath of T-shirts, hoodies, long-sleeve shirts and caps, all of which display either the album cover or a bald eagle (#freedom). But here is where shit gets weird.

The rest of the merch line is the equivalent of Travis Scott running through Target and rebranding an assortment of household items with his own iconography. First come some unorthodox bits of clothing like a custom bathrobe, then come an assortment of bags. As we progress we’re introduced to the true gems of this collection: ashtrays, toothbrushes, flashlights, plush toys and, yes, condoms. Because nothing says ‘let’s get it on’ like Travis Scott’s eagle going inside you.

Shop the full line of wild Travis Scott merch over on his online store. His new album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight is streaming now.

In other music news, M.I.A. has dropped AIM, a record that she is claiming will be her final album. Listen to it right here.
