Following last month's presentation of Seoul street style, we descend upon the streets of Tokyo to take in the ever-evolving fashion scene. Distinctly Japanese with a heavy use of denim and oversized silhouettes, alongside a strong penchant for arresting color schemes, this month's street style dose showcases how locals dress down for the warm weather. In addition, to the country's continuous fascination with Americana, a number of staple streetwear brands are present, such as Stussy, Nike, adidas, Vans and Jordan Brand. Perhaps more interesting than the clothing, however, are the unique hairstyles, each of which suits the wearer's overall style.

A country diverse in its taste, expect more Tokyo street style installments in the coming months. In the meantime, check out our coverage of CC Show in neighboring Yokohama.
