Japanese label White Mountaineering has given us a first look at its latest collaboration with adidas Originals.
Debuting at the White Mountaineering show as part of Paris Fashion Week over the weekend, the brand unveiled four sneakers including a fresh take on the Campus 80, and three completely new models: the NMD City Trail, the NMD_R2, and the EQT Support Future.
The new NMD_R2 (seen on the left, below) is considered to be an evolution of the original NMD. It comes with a completely revamped Primeknit upper, and Three Stripes branding is placed at the toe box rather than the side panels. Boost technology remains on the sole, but only a single stabilizer is spotted on the medial side of the shoe.
The new NMD City Trail will be available in a retro red and navy colorway and appears to be a more streamlined version of its predecessor. Meanwhile, the EQT sports a dark-colored tonal toe box, a pinstripe design on the side panel, and EQT branding at the tongue.
Stay tuned for more information and release details as we have them.
While we wait, here are the 30 best sneakers of the year (so far.)
