As one of the most exciting young players in the NBA, Giannis Antetokounmpo is currently fielding pitches from sneaker brands as he weighs his decision whether or not to leave Nike when his current deal expires on September 30.

adidas – fresh off the news that they have usurped Jordan Brand as the second most popular brand in the world – has literally backed up the truck to bring The Greek Freak over to the Three Stripe family.

Antetokounmpo took to Instagram to showcase a trunk full of adidas offerings – ranging from YEEZY’s to various iterations of their Ultraboost silhouette.

While the show of affection will certainly have an impact on Antetokounmpo’s decision, ESPN has noted that Nike holds a “right to match” clause on any endorsement deal offer.

Insiders have actually speculated that Antetokounmpo may actually opt to align with Chinese brand, Li-Ning, who can reportedly offer him an eight-figure deal annually.

Stay tuned for how the hottest endorsement battle shakes out.
