After releasing a beta earlier this year, adidas has now released the full version of its health-focused "All Day" app. Designed by health and fitness experts, the app covers everything from eating well, getting active, and making sure you get a full night’s rest.
Wellness chef Candice Kumai offers up some clean eating recipes, fitness trainers walk you through workouts, and an activity tracker monitors your daily movements so you can keep up with your progress. The app also focuses on mental health, teaching you easy mediation tricks and providing sleep mixes to reduce stress.
The free app is available for both iOS and Android users in the U.S., with an international expansion coming later this year.
In other news, Nike is offering free yoga workouts anytime, anywhere.
