Yesterday, at around 2 p.m. EST, Drake tweeted that he'd be opening a one-day-only pop-up shop in anticipation of his long-awaited Views From the Six LP. Located in New York's Chinatown neighborhood, eager fans flocked to the space to line up and cop some free merch.

Due to the time crunch, we weren't able to gain access inside the shop before the madness unfolded; but that's alright, since this was all that was in there anyway.

We did, however, manage to snap some pics of Drizzy's beloved followers as they waited outside in the blazing heat (it's finally spring in the Big Apple), which proved to be far more interesting than the bland black and white tees that were being given away.

The usual streetwear offenders (BAPE, Supreme, Palace, and the like) were unsurprisingly omnipresent in the lineup, but even more noticeable was this recent #grungewave fad that's been sweeping the streets as of late (shout out to my man in the Metallica tee in slide #6).

Soak up the sartorial spectacle above and be sure check out what our friends at one of New York's hottest shops, VFILES, are wearing right now.
