Brand: Supreme

Season: Summer 2021

Key Pieces: Well, the KAWS box logo T-shirt, of course. There are six other on-brand tees dropping at the same time, including long- and short-sleeve garments graced by "ANARCHY" and Augustus Pablo imagery, but there's one clear head-turner on hand here.

Buy: Supreme's website and stores on June 24 at 11 a.m. EDT

Editor's Notes: Elephant in the room: KAWS and Supreme's 2021 Box Logo is really just a 10th anniversary redux of their 2011 tee. But if anything, the self-involved homage makes it that much more special. The pair have been inseparable since the early days, having first issued a joint effort in 2001 and reunited every ten years as if KAWS and Supreme are "checking in" at each stage as their respective careers explode, the interim Originalfake collaborations notwithstanding.

So that's the big prize for anyone logging onto the Supreme web store or standing in line at its global flagships this week. But there are plenty of other soon-to-be-sought-after goods to be had, like the "SUPREME MILANO" T-shirt, a wink at the brand's new Italian outpost and a cheeky wink at Versace with its playful typeface and pink base. There are also the aforementioned references to influential reggae musician Augustus Pablo and Supreme's preferred "ANARCHY" verbiage, mixed in with some bright manga styles, airbrushed-esque designs, and even a particularly trippy long-sleeved number. But anyone looking for a proper bit of history (or at least an easy flip on the secondhand market) will have the KAWS design in sight.
