From sending iPhone charger belts down the runway to dropping neon yellow incarnations of the otherwise understated Replica sneaker, there's no questioning its a brand that likes to push the industry's boundaries. But has it missed the mark with this drop?
Described quite ordinarily as a long-sleeved white poplin shirt with button closure, Margiela's skeleton shell shirt serves up the bare bones of your usual Oxford layering piece for a fraction of the cost (of a downpayment on a house).
Of course, we've had plenty of time for recent drops from the French fashion house, including dope new sneaker colorways and silhouettes. And, with OFF-WHITE's upcoming collaboration with RIMOWA on a transparent suitcase, we can't rule out the possibility that the label is tapping into a 2018 trend we're yet to have forecasted.
