While Drake still steps out in his fair share of Stone Island apparel, it’s becoming quite clear that he has a new favorite brand: Kanye West’s YEEZY.

Not only has Drake been seen rocking YEEZY Season 4 boots (which he posted and then cropped out on his own Instagram) and apparel, he’s been seen wearing Kanye’s adidas co-branded YEEZY footwear too.

During a Majid Jordan concert in Toronto on April 5, Drake was in head to toe YEEZY/adidas when he took to the stage in the YEEZY 500 Desert Rat “Blush,” a pair of adidas track pants, and a YEEZY Season 5 nylon parka.

In addition to the above YEEZY 500 and Season 5 parka combo, Drake has been seen wearing YEEZY jewelry, combat boots (on multiple occasions), and a Season 5 crewneck sweatshirt. @TeamKanyeDaily on Twitter came through with photographic evidence that shows just how much Drizzy vibes with YEEZY. Scroll through and see for yourself below.

All this comes during a period where rumors of Drake’s departure from Jordan Brand have heated up. Continuing to stoke the flames, Drake has worn adidas Ultra Boosts courtside at Toronto Raptors games, as well as adidas-branded apparel.

Another angle could be that Drake is just supporting his good friend Kanye, whom he has consistently pointed to as a source of inspiration. In a 2009 interview with MTV News, Drake said of Kanye: “Before I ever got the chance to meet him, Kanye West shaped a lot of what I do, as far as music goes. I’d even go as far as to say he’s the most influential person, as far as a musician, that I’d ever had in my life.”

Drake and ’Ye were neighbors in Calabasas for a while. Speaking to Zane Lowe, Drake revealed that the two are very close, “We live up the street from each other. I’ll pull up at his house and see what he’s doing. We’ll just sit and collaborate, that’s what music is all about.”

What do you think? Is Drake’s love for YEEZY just a show of respect for ’Ye or could it mean he’s signing for adidas soon? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
