A innovative fashion hub on the rise, Maison Kitsuné use South Korea as their focal point for their Fall/Winter 2015 “K.I.M collection.” With prints influenced by whimsical elements from Korean artist Moonassi, the line combines luxe elements such as houndstooth and checkered materials, with sophisticated details across casual slim suits and off-beat knitwear. “A modern spin on the graphic style of the 1960s, ” the color palette keeps things sharp with the use of a variety of blues, tans, greys and a pop of red to be uncovered. A youthful set of looks that hark back to the duo’s early days, Kitsuné’s Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki opt for the title ‘K.I.M’ – ‘Kitsuné Institute of Music’, a tribute to their musical heritage.
