Los Angeles label Bristol is set to debut its sophomore collection, dubbed “002,” at Paris next week but, until then, we can take an exclusive first look at the accompanying lookbook.

The collection is inspired by the style of old school basketball players like Kobe, Iverson, and T-Mac, as well as the idea of moulding and bending rules and pre-conceived notions about how to dress, rather than outright breaking them. The latter of which meant the designers gave themselves self-imposed limitations and restrictions, like sourcing only Japanese fabrics, or using non-traditional materials.

Key pieces include an updated flight jacket, a divine sherpa coat, angular-cut corduroys and much more. It’s the brand’s largest offering to date, and will be split into three deliveries throughout 2017 — spring/summer, fall/winter and holiday. The lookbook was shot by renowned Los Angeles-based photographer Joshua Anderson — check it out above.

Also, if you’re in Paris on January 18, be sure to stop by the following address from 8pm to midnight for cocktails with the brand:

40 Rue de la Tour d’Auvergne
Paris
75009

Meanwhile, in other fashion news, A$AP Rocky, Rami Malek and more star in Dior Homme’s SS17 ad campaign.
