This week adidas introduces its new All Day fitness app inspired by sport. The application in turn provides inspiration around the four key drivers of athletic performance: movement, nutrition, mindset and rest, offering daily ideas, techniques and motivation from leading experts across these fields.
All in all, the experience is based on sports, data and behavior science insights from innovative industry partners to keep you engaged in your fitness regimen. Users will thus be given clean eating tips from chef Candice Kumai, workout sessions from yoga teacher Adriene Mishler and celebrity trainer Stephen Cheuk, in addition to a custom mix of music designed to help you sleep, courtesy of DJ Nina Las Vegas.
adidas is currently inviting individuals to sign up to be the first to experience the All Day app ahead of the public release this summer. The application will launch for free for iOS and Android users.
In other adidas news, Kanye's “Calabasas” collection is rumored to arrive today.
