Celebrating Pride month and taking a stab at Donald Trump’s infamous "Make America Great Again" slogan in the process, American Apparel has teamed up with Human Rights Campaign and the Ally Coalition for its special Pride ’16 capsule collection.

The drop comprises tees, tanks and totes, as well as a not-too-dissimilar red dad cap emblazoned with the "Make America Gay Again" rallying cry. The collection dropped yesterday with accompanying videos showcasing the U.S.’s diverse LGBTQ community.

June famously sees global celebrations and demonstrations from LGBTQ people and their allies to commemorate the Stonewall riots of 1969 – a series of protests and violent demonstrations by LGBTQ people sparked by increasing police brutality against the residents and patrons of the Stonewall Inn in Midtown Manhattan.

This is not the first collection from American Apparel for Pride month, however, 30% of this year’s proceeds will be donated to the Equality Act, which protects LGBTQ people under federal law. Head to American Apparel to show your support and get kitted out for the Pride parades.

American Apparel isn't the only ones showing Pride support, adidas Originals just launched a new “Pride Pack."
