Beyonce and adidas made waves when they announced their partnership in April, though news around what collaborative products we would be seeing remained sparse. Now, though, Beyonce has shared images of a sneaker that will likely be part of the partnership’s first drop, set to arrive on January 18.

The sneaker looks to be a hybrid between the Forum, Beyonce’s favorite Three Stripes silhouette, and the Samba, another classic Originals design. This falls in line with Elle’s interview with Beyonce, that states: “Her new partnership with adidas has allowed her to add footwear to the line for the first time. For the launch, Beyoncé hand-selected her favorite footwear models and mixed them with the aesthetics of the season.”

The upper is predominantly inspired by the Samba, featuring a black and white leather makeup with the same extended tongue and paneling on the toe box as the classic football shoe. The stripes look to be borrowed from the Forum, differing slightly from traditional Samba stripes, while the sole unit is completely new. “Ivy Park” branding is seen along the foxing and on the tongue.

In addition to the sneaker, Beyonce teased co-branded jewellery on her Instagram. Check it out below.

As always, stay tuned for updates regarding this upcoming drop.
