Who: Cardi B

The outfit she's wearing: Louis Vuitton pajamas, House of CB bra, white pointed boots (no ID), and custom ice (no ID, but potentially Eliantte, considering Cardi has worn the brand's diamonds before)

Location: The Fanatics Super Bowl Party at the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta, Georgia

Why it works: Underwear as outerwear, specifically PJs, has long been a flex we can get with — particularly if that flex involves the Louis Vuitton set Cardi B championed at a Super Bowl party this past weekend.

Covered in the label's iconic monogram and classic brown colorway, you don't even need to clock the $3,000 price tag to know these silk treats are Vuitton — although it certainly helps when identifying the level of luxe we're working with here.

Thanks to the Grace Coddington-designed cat illustrations on the PJs, the diamonds, and the white pointed boots, Cardi's look weaves its way through various narratives. Like when you have a knitting circle at five, a Hugh Hefner-style lounge party at eight, and a performance at 10. Yet it still somehow it manages to work.

Editor's notes: Despite turning down an offer to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show (probably a smart call, given how well it went down), Cardi still managed to draw our attention thanks to this audacious ’fit.

The set is part of former Vogue creative director Grace Coddington's playful collection for Louis Vuitton. If you don't want to rock Cardi's exact Super Bowl vibe, the "Catogram" pajama set also includes full-length pants for a more winter-friendly look. Shop them below.
