Drake is set to release his fifth studio album Scorpion this Friday, and ever since billboards surfaced outside Toronto promoting the record, fans have speculated it will be a double album. Now, Mal of the Joe Budden Podcast, nicknamed "OVO Mal" for his connections to Drake and the OVO Sound crew, has confirmed the news.

When asked “Do we know that it is a double album?” Mal quickly answered with, “Yes. It’s a double album. It’s a double album. It’s an R&B and a rap album.” The Scorpion billboard that sparked the rumours reads “A Side” and “B Side” while another poses the question “Is There More?”

Listen to the Joe Budden podcast below at the 1 hour 14 minute mark for all the Scorpion album talk ahead of its release Friday, June 29.
