Amsterdam sneaker label Filling Pieces travelled to Surinam to shoot an editorial debuting the first drop of its Spring/Summer 2016 collection.
Dubbed “Metamorphoses,” the collection’s sneakers feature three custom-designed sole units and improved leather techniques, showcased against contrasting landscapes from barren, desert-like plains to dense jungles and mangrove swamps.
The complete collection consists of around 250 styles that will be released over three massive drops – a daring feat that the brand will mark with a redesigned website and logo. Stay tuned for the first installment of the collection when it hits the Filling Pieces webshop on December 18.
