French label MATIERES PARIS has unveiled its "MATIAIR" FW17 collection, inspired by the racing gear of MOTO GP.

The innovative new garments balance a thin line between the outrageous designs and colors of MOTO GP (which has never been cooler, according to Highsnobiety Fashion Editor Nico Amarca) and the more elegant, sophisticated aesthetic we've seen previously from the brand. The assortment includes tailored jackets, coats, bombers, hoodies, sweatshirts, zip-throughs, and more.

The brand's co-founder and artistic director, Clément Taverniti (previously of Dries van Noten and Maison Kitsuné,) will present the new offering at the Riccardo Grassi showroom in Paris this week.
