In celebration of Dries Van Noten’s Fall/Winter 2016 collections, the Antwerp-born brand has produced two books capturing the spirit of their men’s and women’s collections.

In collaboration with British artist Gill Button, the women’s collection book features his illustrations of the intricate silhouettes, details and fabrics of the selection. Button was personally briefed by Noten regarding his inspiration for the collection, the tumultuous relationship between Italian aristocrats Marchesa Cassati and Gabriele D’Annunzio.

For the men’s book, Noten’s presentation on the stage of the Paris Opera Garnier was the focal point, captured with photos by commissioned photographers and invited amateurs. The Paris Opera Garnier presentation was a special moment in Noten’s career as it was his goal for seventeen years.

The books are now available for viewing at Dries Van Noten boutiques worldwide.
