The unorthodox mannerisms of Italian label Darkdron continue with the Fall/Winter 2016 “Misericorida” lookbook. If it wasn’t already abundantly clear that designer Gio Forbice doesn’t like to be bound by restrictions, look no further than his earlier presentation in the hidden tunnels of a Moscow subway.

For the new season, which fits the same mold as Darkdron’s Spring/Summer 2016 lookbook, Forbice’s line of men’s and women’s offerings recall his high-fashion dystopian aesthetic, with oversized and deconstructed trousers, shearling coats and effortlessly cool outerwear conveying a DIY attitude that fits perfectly into the designer’s post-apocalyptic storyline.
