In a series of tweets, West apologizes to Drake for his involvement in the Pusha-T beef. West began by sharing an image of Drake’s live setup, writing that he’s “sending good energy and love to Drake and family and crew.”
He then apologizes for “stepping on your release date in the first place,” and explains that he announced his ye album date when he was “a bit ramped up doing 25 tweets a day.”
He reveals that he hasn’t heard either Pusha-T or Drake’s beef tracks, but says that “there should have been no songs with my involvement that had any negative energy towards you.” He also denies telling Pusha-T about Drake’s secret child.
West continues by explaining that he understands where Pusha-T came from, but that he loves both Drake and Pusha, saying that they “all have an admiration for each other’s craft.”
He finishes by promising he will go to Drake’s show within the next week “to give love and be inspired by the art you have created.”
