Kanye West may not need management (so he thinks), but apparently it's time for a new publicist. After recently parting ways with multiple people from his team, including manager Scooter Braun, The Blast is reporting that Kanye is currently aiming to fill a publicist position.

The individual will not only be in charge of West's personal publicity, but also his entire YEEZY company. Candidates must have a "minimum 10 years experience in public-relations, minimum 5 years working in a 'top 20' PR agency, and minimum 5 years working in-house for a leading brand."

'Ye has never been one to hold his tongue, so whoever lands this position will no doubt have their hands full, especially taking his recent behavior into consideration.

In other Yeezy news, Snoop Dogg insists that Kanye needs more black women in his life.
