The long-sleeve T-shirt Kanye West wore to Kobe Bryant's last game on Wednesday is now available for purchase directly from West's online shop. Featuring a nearly identical design created by artist Cali Thornhill DeWitt to Yeezy's The Life of Pablo merch, the tee comes in Lakers' gold and purple, and features text that commemorates the Black Mamba's historic performance.
The release was shared directly by West over Twitter and one can't help but think it's an attempt for West to show he's capable of outselling the GOAT, who one-upped him by selling $1.2 million worth of merchandise during his last game to Yeezy's $1 million performance at his pop-up a few weeks ago.
In addition to the Cali-designed pieces, West also shared a short clip of artist Wes Lang customizing a one-of-one piece. As they worked together in the past on the Yeezus tour merch, it wouldn't be surprising to see yet another clothing-related collab from the two creatives.
[UPDATE] April 16, 2016 12:16 CET It looks like the piece Wes Lang was working on was actually a jacket Kanye West wore when A$AP Rocky brought him out at Coachella during his set last night.
Diplo and Skrillex also brought out 'Ye, providing a further look at the custom piece.
Like anything West touches, the pieces are sure to sell out in no time so make sure to get your order in quick.
