Kanye West was supposed to drop his latest album, Yandhi, at midnight on September 29. This was promised not only promised via a series of massive billboards across the country but also by ’Ye himself, who tweeted and posted the release date to his Instagram.

That release date, however, has come and gone, and Yandhi still hasn’t dropped. Fans, naturally, took to social media to voice their displeasure at the hotly-anticipated project not being released as promised.

Some were angry, others disappointed, while others were able to inject some humor into their reactions.

The project’s name is a portmanteau of “Ye” and “Gandhi,” (the same as YEEZUS was of “Ye” and “Jesus”) and was supposed to arrive a couple of months after his collaborative album with Kid Cudi, Kids See Ghosts, and the eponymous ye.
