Kanye West’s infamous Nike Air Yeezy 2Red October” celebrated its fourth anniversary last week, and while he’s now team adidas, TMZ reports that the rapper/designer is looking to once again claim the exclusive rights to the shoe’s nickname.

Kanye initially filed a trademark application back in 2013 when he officially cut ties with Nike, but never completed the necessary paperwork, according to documents obtained by TMZ. With the moniker and sneaker still a prominent piece in sneaker/streetwear culture, Kanye could possibly use his “Red October” mark for clothing, footwear and more if his application is approved.
